Many organizations have collaboration and sharing requirements for large files that are
cumbersome or impossible with email. Email is the wrong application for sharing large files.
Sender or receiver email servers often block large file attachments. In most cases, countless hours are lost as users try to send and resend large files via email, or to track down whether the receiving party ever received a file. Too often email will return large attachments, and
FTP can be difficult to use and administer as a corporate solution for organizations.

CYBONET’s Big Data Transfer solution allows users to share files of any size without the frustrations of legacy file sharing techniques, such as FTP. CYBONET enables any type of file of any size to be simply shared by users. The user can share from inside their file system or from the web portal by selecting the file in question. The recipient of the share gets an email with a simple link to retrieve the file from the web portal, no matter whether the file is 1 MB or 1 GB.
ENABLE SECURE SHARING
If a file being shared requires heightened levels of security, CYBONET’s Big Data Transfer
solution facilitates a seamless user experience. Users can send files confidentially to third party
recipients. This feature delivers an email to the file recipient, forcing them to set up a guest username and password to retrieve the files from the web portal. The sender of the file can specify download limits, expiration dates, and receive email notifications of downloads. Guest users don’t require an additional license or subscription.
